Northpoint Village of Utica opened in June of 2006. We are independently owned and operated and strive to provide the highest quality of service in retirement living. We are dedicated to providing seniors ages 55+ with a wonderful retirement lifestyle. Our combination of luxury, amenities and services is what sets us apart. Our staff is here to assist you in every way possible. We offer health care services if you may require them now or may need them in the future. There is no need to move if you need a little extra help. Our greatest joy is knowing we have added to your happiness, comfort and security. Your pet, 25 pounds or less is welcome to live with you in your suite.

We have arranged for a medical doctor and a podiatrist to be on site for your convenience. These services will be available at specified times.
